By using FluxContext, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. FluxContext is an advanced context-aware AI image generation platform specializing in text-to-image, image editing, and multi-modal image transformations by Black Forest Labs.

Agreement to Terms

This agreement comes into effect upon your first use of the FluxContext platform.

License for Platform Access and Usage

FluxContext grants users access to its platform through various subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Business) or credit-based purchases. Our platform enables users to create AI-generated images using our revolutionary context-aware models including FLUX Kontext Pro and Max variants.

Users can access features based on their subscription level or available credits:

Image generation requires the credits shown in the workspace for the selected model
Starter subscribers receive 1,000 monthly credits and standard commercial rights
Pro subscribers receive 3,000 monthly credits, priority queue processing, and commercial rights
Business subscribers receive 10,000 monthly credits, priority queue processing, dedicated support, and full commercial licensing

FluxContext reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, to maintain service quality and protect our users.

Refund Policy

Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy page. Generally, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated based on service usage and specific circumstances.

Content Generation and Usage Rights

User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for:

Content generated using our platform
Ensuring appropriate use of reference materials
Complying with copyright and intellectual property laws
Using generated content within legal boundaries

Commercial Usage Rights

Starter, Pro, and Business subscribers receive commercial usage rights for generated content
Free users have personal, non-commercial use rights for images generated under the free FLUX.2 model
All usage must comply with our content guidelines

Service Features and Limitations

Image Generation

FLUX model usage is subject to the credit cost displayed in the workspace.
FLUX Kontext Max Text-to-Image: Enhanced quality with 20 credits per generation
Processing times average 3-8 seconds for text-to-image generations
Multi-modal processing available for Pro and Max models

Image Editing and Transformation

FLUX Kontext Pro Image Editing: 10 credits per edit with context-aware processing
FLUX Kontext Max Image Editing: 20 credits per edit with superior semantic understanding
FLUX Kontext Pro/Max Image-to-Image: 10/20 credits per transformation respectively
Character and product consistency tools are provided without a guaranteed accuracy percentage.

Legal Restrictions

Users must be 18 years or older
Service availability may vary by region
Users must comply with local laws
Export restrictions may apply
