Credits for Seedance 2.5 depend on your selected resolution, duration, and audio setting (where available). Adding a starting image, an end frame, or changing the aspect ratio does not cost extra credits. The Generate button always confirms the exact credit cost before you submit.

Your credits are automatically and immediately refunded. If a video task encounters a server timeout, provider error, or content safety review block, deducted credits return to your account balance instantly. You are never charged for incomplete generations.
All completed videos are saved in the generator's History tab and under 'My Creations' in your account menu. You can preview, play, and download standard MP4 video files anytime.
